Job Description Summary:

AmeriCU Services LLC & AmeriCU Capital Management has an exciting employment opportunity! The perfect candidate for this role will provide administrative and organizational support to the IIRS Division. This position will work with all employees and assist in tasks to create improved efficiencies and overall success of proposals and member service. 


  • Follow up on referrals forwarded from AmeriCU Credit Union employees to AmeriCU Service LLC (IIRS).  Track the calls for reporting purposes; create, organize and monitor various production and department reports.
  • Gather required information, ask appropriate questions to obtain needed information and work with IIRS staff to complete proposals.
  • Compose and mail out letters/postcards to prospects and any other referrals that are difficult to contact by telephone.
  • If candidate qualified by knowledge or experience; may be requested to assist with data input into systems and other processing.
  • Track commissions earned and other accounting duties.
  • Work with Chief Operating Manager to schedule meetings, order supplies and coordinate division activities.  
  • Assist IRA/HSA Administrator and serve as backup, if needed.


  • High school diploma required, Associate’s Degree in Business desired.
  • Accounting and data-entry experience.
  • Sales and customer service experience, a plus.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and systems.
  • Experience with multi-tasking, coordination of events and meeting planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Efficient with any software programs used by credit union.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and using phone and email regularly.
