Job Description Summary:

    AmeriCU has an exciting opportunity available! We are seeking the perfect candidate to fill the role of Member Financial Advisor Administrator.

Some Roles and Responsibilities Include:

  • To assist Member Financial Advisors in their daily work in order to relieve them of burdensome, time consuming paperwork, data processing and other related work; adopt a case load of smaller, less complicated clientele.
  • Participate in Meetings
  • Gather, organize and prepare files for Member Financial Advisors
  • Create/Maintain Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) Profiles
  • Communicate with cliend and prospects 
  • Contacts all new referrals
  • Establishes initial relationship with client while gathering preliminary information of their financial situation, lifestyle and needs

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years in customer service and sales experience
  • 1-2 years knowledge of industry
  • Must be able to write and speak clearly, confidently and knowledgeably regarding industry jargon and concepts
  • Travel as needed
